A lasting tribute to a beloved companion.
— PET MEMORIAL · SURREY & NATIONWIDE
Resin memorial keepsakes made with your pet’s fur, paw print impression or ashes. Beautiful, substantial display pieces - made with compassion by someone who understands. As a family raising a guide dog puppy, we know how deep that bond runs.
Our pet memorial range includes paw print keepsakes, fur preservation pieces, ashes inclusions and combination memorials.
Unlike small jewellery or token keepsakes, Everform's pieces are substantial display items — designed to sit in your home as a lasting tribute to a companion who deserved one.
Suitable for dogs, cats, horses, rabbits and all other companion animals. Every pet is different. Every piece is made to honour exactly that.
Losing a pet is a profound grief that many people don't feel comfortable expressing — because it is often misunderstood by those who've never experienced it. A memorial piece isn't about being dramatic. It's about having something real.
A resin keepsake holds your pet's fur or paw print impression in clear, beautiful resin — set for life, so the physical trace of them is never lost. Something to reach for in the quiet moments. Something to display without apology.
WHY A RESIN MEMORIAL
Something you can hold, display, and keep.
“The space they leave behind is real. This piece honours that.“
No two memorial pieces are alike — because no two pets are alike. There are several ways to make the piece specifically yours:
Your pet's name set into the resin or engraved
Date of birth and date of passing
A coloured background tint — warm, cool or neutral
A short word or phrase, if meaningful to you
Multiple pets in one piece, if you wish to combine.
PERSONALISATION
Every piece is made for your companion.
Every memorial piece is different because every pet is different. Here's what can be preserved:
Fur — clippings sent by post in a small sealed bag
Paw print impression — I'll send a kit or guide you through making one
Cremation ashes — a small amount is sufficient for each piece
Combinations of the above in one piece

WHAT WE WORK WITH
Fur, paw prints, ashes
— or a combination.
The resin can be cast in clear (to let the materials speak for themselves), or with a background tint. Some families choose a colour that reminds them of their pet — a warm honey for a golden retriever, a deep grey-blue for a silver cat.
There's no wrong choice. I'll share options and examples when we discuss your piece, and I'm always happy to guide you toward what works best for the materials you're sending.
All personalisation is included in the price. Nothing is extra.
A NOTE ON COLOUR
Choose a background that feels right.
— WHAT TO SEND
Four ways to preserve your pet’s memory
You don’t need to use all four - one material creates a beautiful piece. Many families choose to combine two or three for the best result.
🤎
Pet fur
A small clipping of fur, suspended in clear or tinted resin. The fur's natural colour and texture is preserved exactly as it was. Even a small amount — a teaspoon — is sufficient for most pieces.
🤎
Paw print impression
A cast or impression of your pet's paw, set into the front face of the resin piece. Can be taken from life or — with the right materials — from memory. I'll guide you through how to do this at home.
🤎
Cremation ashes
A small amount of your pet's ashes (less than a teaspoon) set into the resin. It becomes part of the piece, visible through the clear resin, often with a gentle colour tint of your choice. All unused ashes are returned.
🤎
Pet tag or collar
A small tag or section of collar, set into the resin alongside fur or ashes. Something they wore every day — kept close, forever. Subject to size and condition.

On timing and sensitivity

Frequently asked
— QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
-
Very little. For fur, a small clipping the size of a teaspoon is usually sufficient. For ashes, less than a teaspoon per piece is needed. I'll give you the exact amount when we discuss your order. All unused materials are returned to you with your finished piece.
-
Yes, absolutely. Fur alone makes a beautiful piece. So do ashes alone. Many families have one or the other — whatever you have is enough.
-
No — there's no time limit. Whether it's been a week or five years, a memorial piece can be made whenever you feel ready. Many people find the process healing in itself. If you kept fur, have ashes, or pet tag/collar, the piece can be made.
-
Yes. While dogs are most common, memorial keepsakes can be made for any companion animal — cats, rabbits, horses, birds and others. The process is the same; the piece is just as personal.
-
Not at all. Just tell me about your pet and what materials you have — we'll work out the right piece together. Once you're happy, I'll confirm the details and send you a payment link to secure your order.
