Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all commissions and purchases made through Everform Atelier (everformatelier.co.uk), operated by Joanna Srokosz-Muller. By placing a commission you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Everform Atelier is a sole trader business based near Reigate, Surrey. All pieces are handmade by Joanna Srokosz-Muller personally. Contact: hello@everformatelier.co.uk

2. Placing a commission

All pieces are bespoke and made to order. To commission a piece:

•       Complete the enquiry form on our website or contact us at hello@everformatelier.co.uk

•       We will confirm your order details and send a payment link within 24 hours

•       Your commission is confirmed once your deposit or full payment is received

•       We reserve the right to decline any commission at our discretion

3. Pricing and payment

•       Commissions under £100: full payment required upfront

•       Commissions £100 and above: 50% deposit required to begin work, 50% balance due on completion before dispatch

•       Art & Statement Pieces £300 and above: 30% deposit to begin, 70% balance due on completion

•       All payments are processed via Stripe. Payment links are sent by email.

•       Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We are not currently VAT registered.

4. Sending your materials

For keepsake commissions requiring flowers, fur, ashes or other materials:

•       Full instructions for preparing and posting your materials will be provided on confirmation of your order

•       Please follow the instructions carefully — incorrectly prepared materials may affect the quality of your piece

•       We accept no responsibility for materials lost or damaged in transit to us — we recommend using a tracked postal service

•       Once received, your materials are handled with the utmost care

•       We recommend sending flowers within 3 days of the occasion where possible. Contact us if you need guidance.

5. Condition of flowers and materials

The quality of the finished piece is affected by the condition of materials received. We will always do our best with what we receive, but we cannot guarantee identical results to example pieces shown if materials arrive in poor condition. We will contact you if we have any concerns before proceeding.

6. Lead times

Typical lead times are shown on each product page. These are estimates and may vary depending on current demand and the complexity of your piece. We will keep you updated throughout the process and contact you if there are any delays.

7. Approval and dispatch

Before your piece is dispatched, we will send you a photograph for approval. If you are happy to proceed, we will arrange dispatch. If you have any concerns, please raise them at this stage.

8. Delivery

•       All pieces are dispatched via tracked postal or courier service

•       Delivery costs will be confirmed at the time of your order

•       We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service once your piece has been dispatched

•       For very large or heavy pieces, local collection near Reigate, Surrey may be offered as an alternative

•       International shipping is not currently offered

9. Returns and cancellations

As all pieces are bespoke and made to order:

•       We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on completed commissions unless the piece is faulty or damaged on arrival

•       If you wish to cancel your commission before work has begun, your deposit will be refunded in full

•       If you cancel after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable

•       If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will work with you to find a resolution

10. Faulty or damaged pieces

In the unlikely event that your piece is faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@everformatelier.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

11. Care of your piece

A care leaflet is included with every commission. Please follow the care instructions provided. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by failure to follow care guidance.

12. Intellectual property

All designs, photographs and content on this website are the intellectual property of Everform Atelier and may not be reproduced without permission. Photographs taken of your completed commission may be used for our portfolio and marketing purposes unless you specifically request otherwise at the time of ordering.

13. Privacy

14. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
