Everform Atelier is a sole trader business operated by Joanna Srokosz-Muller, based near Reigate, Surrey. This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use this website or commission a piece from me.

When you make an enquiry or place a commission, I may collect:

•       Your name and contact details (email address, phone number if provided).

•       Details about your commission (flower type, occasion, preferred size and style).

•       Delivery address if your piece is being posted to you.

•       Payment information — processed securely via Stripe. We never store your card details.

•       Any photographs or materials you send me as part of your commission..

I collect only what is necessary to fulfil your commission and communicate with you about it.

3. How I use your data

I use your personal data to:

•       Process and fulfil your commission.

•       Communicate with you about your order, including progress updates and delivery.

•       Send your invoice and process payment.

•       Keep records as required for tax and accounting purposes.

I do not use your data for marketing unless you have explicitly opted in. I do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes.

4. Legal basis for processing

I process your personal data on the basis of:

•       Contract — to fulfil the commission you have placed with me.

•       Legal obligation — to maintain financial records as required by HMRC.

•       Legitimate interests — to communicate with you about your order.

5. How I store your data

Your data is stored securely using Google Workspace (email) and Stripe (payments). Client information is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above, and in line with HMRC requirements (typically 6 years for financial records).

Any physical materials you send me (flowers, fur, ashes) are handled with care and returned or respectfully disposed of after your commission is complete, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

•       Access the personal data we hold about you.

•       Request correction of inaccurate data.

•       Request deletion of your data (where we are not legally required to retain it).

•       Object to processing or request restriction of processing.

•       Data portability — receive your data in a structured format.
