•       Delivery address if your piece is being posted to you

•       Payment information — processed securely via Stripe. We never store your card details.

•       Any photographs or materials you send us as part of your commission

We collect only what is necessary to fulfil your commission and communicate with you about it.

We use your personal data to:

•       Process and fulfil your commission

•       Communicate with you about your order, including progress updates and delivery

•       Send your invoice and process payment

•       Keep records as required for tax and accounting purposes

Your data is stored securely using Google Workspace (email) and Stripe (payments). Client information is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above, and in line with HMRC requirements (typically 6 years for financial records).

Any physical materials you send us (flowers, fur, ashes) are handled with care and returned or respectfully disposed of after your commission is complete, unless otherwise agreed.

•       Request deletion of your data (where we are not legally required to retain it)
