Shipping Policy

All Everform Atelier commissions are bespoke, handmade to order using materials you supply. Please read this policy carefully before commissioning.

1. Sending your materials to me

Once your commission is confirmed, I'll send you full packing and posting instructions by email. All materials — flowers, fur, ashes — should be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next day by 1pm). Please keep your tracking number and share it with me once posted. I confirm safe receipt the same day your parcel arrives.

I am not responsible for materials lost or damaged in transit to me. I strongly recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery for this reason — it includes up to £750 compensation and full tracking.

2. Delivering your finished piece to you

All finished pieces are dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery or a tracked courier service. Dispatch is included in the price of your commission — there is no separate delivery charge.

Expected dispatch is within 1–2 working days of your approval confirmation. Delivery is typically next working day after dispatch.

I am not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or courier services once your piece has been dispatched. If your piece hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact me and I'll investigate immediately.

3. UK only

I currently accept commissions from UK clients only. International shipping is not available at this time.
